Meet Michelle
I’m Michelle—a therapist, mom, book reader, coffee lover, and lifelong believer in the power of connection and compassion. My clinical training is grounded in evidence-based practice, but my approach is deeply human. I bring warmth, humor, and genuine care into my sessions because I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.
My areas of specialty include grief, substance use, depression, anxiety, body image related work. I’m passionate about helping people move through loss, find freedom from shame, and rebuild a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to hold space for both laughter and pain—the light and the heavy—because both are part of healing.
My goal is to create a space that feels real, supportive, and full of possibility—where you leave each session feeling seen, encouraged, and more hopeful about the life you’re building.
